Mark was invited to virtually attend this novel conference in Tanzania organised by the Netcare foundation.
He also gave a keynote via zoom; ‘Hernia Repair in Tanzania & The Tanzania National Mesh Hernia Project’. The technology worked surprisingly well.
The presentation and his contribution was very well received. It is another small step forward with improving surgical care in Tanzania.
